SIGN THE FOLK CHARTER
THE FOLK UNION CHARTER IS A SIMPLE PLEDGE THAT ASKS PROJECTS, GROUPS, MAKERS AND ORGANISERS TO STAND TOGETHER FOR FAIR, HONEST AND LIVING CULTURE.
To sign the Charter is to say: we treat people properly, we respect the land and we believe folk belongs to everyone.
Anyone can sign. It is free.
WHY SIGN?
- To show your commitment to fair treatment, inclusivity and respect for culture and land.
- To stand with others against exploitation, enclosure and nationalism.
- To be part of a growing map of projects that keep folk political and alive.
- To remind audiences and partners that folk is about people, not profit.

- Fill in the short form (tell us who you are, what you do, and where you’re based).
